    Nose: Honey, spiced bread and raisins

    Taste:  Sugared oranges and nuts 

    Body:  Full, smooth, like liquid gold. Long and fresh in the mouth 

    Match with: Sweet pastry based desserts or cakes.

     

    Aged for 6-8 years in 2 year old oak barrels.Serve well chilled at 6C

    Wonderful on its own as an aperitif.  “ Eau de vie” added during the wine making.
