    Aroma: Fresh fruit and grapefruit then moving  towards raspberry, honey and brioche

    Taste: Green apple and white peach  flavours. Very dry

    Body: Well structured, fleshy 

    Match with: Grilled seafood and shellfish, sushi or enjoy on its own.

    Other: This is a very rare Champagne  No sugar has been added to the fermentation process and it has been aged for 4 years before releasing.
